Once you’ve booked your stay with Whimstay, getting your check-in information is simple. Here’s how to find everything you need before you arrive.
1. Check your confirmation email
Right after booking, you’ll get a confirmation email with:
The property address
Your check-in and checkout dates and times
Other key details about your stay
💡 TIP: Save or star this email so it’s easy to find later.
2. Watch for an email from your host
Your host will send detailed check-in instructions like how to get the keys or door code about 24–48 hours before your arrival. This goes to the email address you used to book, so keep an eye on your inbox!
3. Contact your host if you don’t see the info
If it’s the day of check-in and you haven’t received your instructions:
Check your spam or junk folder just in case.
Contact your host directly using the email or phone number in your booking confirmation.
💡 TIP: You can always find your host’s contact info (and all your booking info) in your Whimstay booking details in the Whimstay app or on Whimstay.com.
