Need to cancel your booking? Here’s how to do it and what to look out for before confirming.
How to cancel your booking
Go to the Bookings section of your Whimstay profile.
Select the booking you’d like to cancel.
Click Change booking.
Choose Cancel booking.
Select your cancellation reason and carefully review the cancellation details, including any refund you may be eligible for.
Cancellations cannot be reversed. The refund options are shown clearly during the process, so be sure to read them carefully before confirming.
What to check before canceling
Review your cancellation policy: You can find the specific terms in your booking confirmation email and in your Whimstay profile. Cancellations outside of the policy are nonrefundable.
Travel insurance: If you purchased travel insurance, review your policy to see if your situation qualifies for coverage. This may help with last-minute changes.
