Whimstay is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all travelers and hosts. To ensure positive experiences, we strictly prohibit any form of threats, violence, or abuse.
What we do not allow
Threatening behavior: Any form of threats, intimidation, or harassment toward others is prohibited.
Physical violence: Acts of physical harm or aggressive behavior have no place in the Whimstay community.
Abuse of any kind: Emotional, verbal, or physical abuse directed at travelers, hosts, or others is unacceptable.
Unlawful conduct: Any actions that violate Whimstay's policies, local laws, or endanger others are grounds for booking cancellation and immediate removal from the Whimstay platform.
What to do if you experience or witness abuse
Contact authorities: In the event of immediate danger, please contact local law enforcement or emergency services.
Notify Whimstay: For non-emergency situations, please report incidents to Whimstay's customer service team. We take all reports seriously and will investigate and take appropriate action.
Handling threats of suicide or self-harm
Whimstay treats threats of self-harm or suicide with the utmost seriousness. If we are informed of an imminent safety risk, we may contact local authorities to conduct a wellness check and take additional action if needed.
