Whimstay is dedicated to fostering a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all travelers and hosts. The following activities and behaviors are strictly prohibited to protect our community and uphold local laws.
Prohibited activities
Illegal substances:
The use, cultivation, production, or distribution of illegal drugs or restricted substances is strictly prohibited.
Travelers and hosts must store legal substances, including medications, safely and in compliance with local laws and property rules.
Sexual exploitation and trafficking:
Any form of sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or forced labor is prohibited.
Engaging in or facilitating the exchange of paid sexual services or using properties for activities related to commercial sex work or pornography is not allowed.
Property misuse:
Properties must not be used for the creation of commercial pornography, explicit content, or any material that could offend or harm others.
The use, distribution, or sale of unlawful or hazardous materials in violation of local laws is strictly forbidden.
Harmful conduct:
Engaging in behavior that poses a risk of physical harm to people, animals, or property is not permitted.
Harassment, threats, or conduct intended to intimidate or harm others will result in immediate action by Whimstay.
Enforcement and accountability
Account actions: Violations of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your Whimstay account.
Reporting and support: If you encounter any prohibited activities during your stay or hosting experience, contact Whimstay's customer service team immediately. We're available to assist to ensure a safe environment for travelers and hosts.
