Traveler responsibilities
Travelers traveling with animals are required to:
Inform their host in advance if they plan to bring any potentially dangerous animals.
Ensure the animal is properly contained to prevent harm to people, pets, or property.
What is considered a dangerous animal
A dangerous animal is any animal—domesticated or wild—that may cause harm due to:
Size or Strength: Risk of overpowering or injuring others.
Aggression: History or tendencies of attacking or predatory behavior.
Toxicity or Disease: Venomous, toxic, or carrying transmissible diseases.
Policy enforcement
Bringing an animal that poses a safety risk and/or violates local laws or property rules may result in cancellation of the booking, account suspension, or removal from the Whimstay platform.
Travelers must comply with property rules regarding pets and animal-related safety.
