Each property on Whimstay has a cancellation policy set by the host. The policy determines how much you'll get back if you need to cancel.

Cancellation policies

Each host selects one of four cancellation policies for their property. This policy determines how much you'll get back if you need to cancel your booking.

Partial

Cancel 7+ days before check-in for a 50% refund. A non-refundable service fee may apply. Bookings made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Standard

Cancel 14+ days before check-in for a refund. A non-refundable service fee may apply. Bookings made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Moderate

Cancel 30+ days before check-in for a refund. A non-refundable service fee may apply. Bookings made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Strict

Cancel 60+ days before check-in for a refund. A non-refundable service fee may apply. Bookings made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Where to find your cancellation policy

The specific cancellation terms that apply to your booking can be found on the property details page, in your booking confirmation email, and in the My bookings section of your Whimstay profile. Be sure to review these terms on the property page and at checkout, and consider purchasing travel insurance for extra peace of mind.
