Any attempts to avoid enforcement actions or assist others in doing so are strictly prohibited and may result in additional penalties, including permanent removal from the platform. Prohibited circumvention activities
Assisting suspended or removed users
You may not assist anyone who has been prohibited from using Whimstay to regain access to the platform. Examples include:
Hosting or facilitating bookings for a suspended or removed user.
Creating an account under your name for someone who has been banned.
Booking stays on behalf of a prohibited individual.
Creating duplicate accounts
Users may not create duplicate accounts to bypass enforcement measures, such as:
Account suspension or removal.
Negative consequences like poor ratings or reviews.
Duplicate listings
Hosts are prohibited from creating duplicate listings to circumvent enforcement actions, including:
Listing removal or suspension.
Negative reviews or ratings tied to an existing property.
Bypassing age restrictions
Bookings must not be made on behalf of individuals under the age of 18 or anyone who is otherwise ineligible to use Whimstay.
